All goods are stored entirely at your own risk. Lanswood Storage does not insure your items, and the storage fee does not include any insurance cover. It is a condition of storage that you arrange and maintain adequate insurance for the full replacement value of your goods at all times.

While we take reasonable steps to provide a secure facility, we do not guarantee security and are not liable for theft, damage, or loss unless caused directly by our negligence. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to £100 or your declared value (whichever is lower).

You are responsible for ensuring your goods are properly insured, and we do not provide advice on insurance policies or their suitability.

StoreProtect (Coming Soon):
We will soon be introducing StoreProtect — an optional Lanswood Storage add-on providing enhanced protection for your goods. Full details will be available once launched.
